A: No. Due to the nature of the content, presets cannot be returned.

Q: I cannot get my preset to work. What am I doing wrong?

Q: I bought the wrong preset. I meant to buy for Lightroom and I bought for Adobe Camera Raw (or vice versa), can I exchange it?

A: Yes! But before you do, check and see if both versions are included in your purchase. This is a frequent occurrence so with the most commonly purchased presets, I have included both .XMP and .LRTEMPLATE files. If your purchase does not included both files, the best way to get your files immediately is to purchase the correct version, send me a message and I will refund you for one of the two orders.

Q: I cannot get my files to work, can I get a refund?

A: No. All files are tested and are guaranteed to work. As long as you have a desktop computer with Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) your presets will work. Please double check your installation instructions and make sure your computer and Lightroom is up to date.
 

Q: I cannot get the presets to make my images look the way I had hoped, can you help?

A: Yes! Please join the Facebook group and post your questions and myself as well as the group can help you adjust the preset to help you get the most out of it!

Q: Does the preset work for Lightroom Mobile

A: Yes, if you purchased the mobile version they will work for Lightroom mobile.

Q: I have downloaded my files for Lightroom Mobile but I cannot get them to import. Can you help?

A: Make sure you have unzipped the files first. From there follow the step by step installation guide with photos to walk you through.
